Shipping Policy

At Hartley Home Style, we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We will let you know once your purchase has been dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

Royal Mail Signed For First Class: 1-2 Business Days
Royal Mail Signed For Second Class: 2-3 Business Days

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all Cards and Artworks are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. However, if you are ever unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch by emailing hartleyhomestyle@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we'd be happy to discuss a solution.
